Dental Nurse

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and efficient Dental Nurse to join our friendly team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced dentists and hygienists while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists

  • Prepare the surgery for treatments and ensure infection control protocols are followed

  • Reassure and support patients throughout their appointments

  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks

  • Help ensure the smooth running of clinics

  • Assist with decontamination procedures

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration (or in final stages of qualification)

  • Experience in a general dental practice setting preferred but not essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Commitment to continuing professional development

  • Experience with digital radiography and practice management software desirable
